Around the world we all are talking to promote education. Policies are being made in favour of free education delivery. In terms of cost optimization we can only deliver it through ICT and ICT require robust wide area network and high speed bandwidth. But how many countries have such infra.

I assume that most of countries will set-up high cost infra for ICT. But my main concern is who are the actual candidate of getting free education. They are in villages where we all see as business opportunities but not as implementation of social responsibility.
Several countries in Africa and other countries including Pakistan, Afganistan who still lives in our history.

Our plan should co-line with ICT enabled education and social responsibility.

I am also doing something in this area but not yet promoted. Reasons are hidden in above comment.

Thanks
